One of my favourite streams and great for a cooling dip on the steep way up to Green Gable. Sourmilk Ghyll is classic Lake District terrain, with beautiful pools, plenty of rock features and great views of the surrounding Lake District landscape. A handy bit of cloud was the icing on the cake for me, completing a classic Lake District landscape scene.
